Tuesday Night Dinner 26-Apr-2022

Tonight we had:

Salad with roasted beets, pickled eggs, and blue cheese garlic dressing

Asparagus with lemon zest and butter

Savory crumble chicken pot pie (Cook’s Illustrated Sep-Oct-2010)

Forgot to put parmesean in crumble, sprinkled on top of sauce instead. No peas. Homemade concentrated superbroth used.

Worth repeating. Signifigant work.

Thinking about leftover waffles with caramel/bananna/whipped cream for dessert.
